We had to destroy the village in order to save it. That's what was said in Vietnam and now about Columbia. LOL

"affordable development" yeah right. They tore down a housing project and replaced it with $200,000 cookie cutter houses, many of them multifamily buildings. How does that improve things? You kicked out all the people living there and put houses they can't afford back in its place. You also made them really unappealing to most people, so good luck filling them and making the area vibrant.
