They should bring back the downtown trolleys and run only four of them, keeping one out of service in case one of the four breaks down. Two buses should run on each of two routes: 1) from the State Museum parking lot up Lady, right on Gadsden, left on Gervais, swinging by the National Advocacy Center and circling the Five Points fountain and back; and 2) from California Dreaming up Main, right on Pendleton, left on Sumter, left on Gervais, right on Main, up Main to Laurel (maybe further), then circling the block and heading back down Main, turning right on Gervais, left on Assembly, left on Pendleton, right on Main and back to California Dreaming. They could see how those routes go and tweak accordingly. The trick is to get the presence of the buses implanted in people's minds by having them appear frequently. If they don't appear frequently enough on these proposed routes, tweak.

Enjoy that penny added to the sales tax over in Rich Co. and it will pass, no doubt. I wonder if that would have helped Mayo's Suit City. I won't be shopping or dining in Rich Co as much. I'll save my money.
