Given the conflicting claims by various USC officials, it would seem that we have a case of gross mismanagement from the top down. As the old saying has it, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that some behind the scenes maneuvering was responsible for the hiring of the Roscoes, resulting in shoddy, if any, review of their history. At best, a statement to the effect that they had been involved in some minor misunderstanding elsewhere might have been offered. That someone in such high positions would allow that sort of slack behavior to go on is shameful. Whose money is being tossed around like this? Is this tax money?

I have read every artical so far printed and have not read anything that can say or indicate that Kale Roscoe did anything un-ethical or illegal or deseptive in the Innovista deal. Now to blast his name accross the internet with the articals and calling him a con man etc appears to be un-ethical due to the fact that you havent shown anything in SC that would put any truth to these allegations.Mabe his past has been checkered but until you can show he did wrong at innovista then you should not attack him personally in this artical. This paper and others have jumped on a ban wagon to attack when it appears the real story is you are after the top brass at USC but dont have the strength or are scared to go after them so you can only pic on the low man. Maybe its the fact that all your leads from USC will dry up if you tell what your really after ?? I would think that since most papers there are directed by USC that you are simply scared to print what your really after
