[This is a long comment, but there's lots of info out there to reference. The morally courageous and intellectually curious might find it helps them to connect the dots.]
It would have been nice if Paul Denman had backed up his claims with at least one example of proof. I certainly used facts to support my letter. And if he can provide evidence of even one racist sign, I could easily reference 10 that called for or "wished" for Bush's death! (But this hate was ignored by the "media.")
If Mr. Denman had attended a Tea Party rally, he might be qualified to give an accurate response. I have yet to see any racism or violence at one. Again, with about 18% of the country identifying as Tea Partiers, out of 40-50 million people there is bound to be a kook in the crowd. I never claimed we're "as pure as the driven snow." NO group is. I guess if you can't argue FOR big government, over-taxation and huge deficits, you have to resort to smears. Very typical of the left.
And Obama most certainly IS a radical and a socialist. It's all he knows and loves. His parents and even his grand-parents were Marxist sympathizers. As a teenager in Hawaii, his mentor and father figure, Frank Marshall Davis, was a card-carrying Communist.
Just look at the radicals Obama *chooses* to surround himself with: He attended a church for 20 years that taught Black Liberation Theology, which is rooted in Marxism and "social justice." He was a student of and taught Alinsky methods to ACORN members. Alinsky was a radical socialist. His terrorist associates -- Ayers and his wife -- were/are anti-capitalists/socialists. His current religious and political advisor, Jim Wallis, was caught on tape calling himself a radical and a Marxist. Van Jones, admitted Marxist. Anita Dunn, fan of Mao. Mark Lloyd, critic of the 1st Amendment and a fan of Hugo Chavez. Kevin Jennings, for teaching fisting to middle-schoolers. Cass Sunstein: "There is no liberty without dependency. That is why we should celebrate tax day." Carol Browner, socialist. Andy "Workers of the World Unite" Stern, president of SEIU and most frequent visitor to Obama's White House.
In Obama's own words he has said "spread the wealth;" he believes the Constitution should have addressed "REDISTRIBUTION of wealth;" he sought out "Marxist professors" in college.
Look at his actions: His taking over of so much of the private industry. My gosh, anyone who can't see that all of this points to his socialist/Marxist ideology is in complete denial.
