How Much is a Barbecue Class Worth to You?

Is learning how to make Carolina pulled pork, Texas beef brisket and Memphis pork ribs worth $275 to you?

Then by all means, look into the Carolina Outdoor Cooking BBQ Class at the State Farmers Market on Saturday, Feb. 15.

The all-day class runs 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and covers the BBQ staples mentioned above, as well as sauces and rubs. The $275 price tag includes lunch and all-day BBQ samplings. If you're anything like a Free Times staffer, you'd probably eat $35 worth of barbecue over the course of the class, not including lunch.

Registration forms are at Call Garland Hudgins at 360-4700 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with questions.
