Diggity Doughnut truck

Diggity this — a popular doughnut truck from Charleston is gracing Soda City Market with its presence and its sweet round confections this Saturday only.

Diggity Doughnuts started in 2010 when the owner, Ambergre Sloan, decided that she wanted some delicious, real doughnuts like she’d enjoyed in her childhood. Fast forward to years later, and now she’s offering vegan doughnuts that she calls “fake free” out of a bright blue truck. Yep, that’s right, these doughnuts are egg and dairy free, and yet people still line up for them all around Charleston.

The Nutty Rooster, which is a creamily hot sriracha peanut butter doughnut, has earned her a spot on lists like the Top 50 Dessert Trucks in America, but all of the rest on her flavor listare drool-worthy, too.

Catch them while you can, at the usual market place at the usual market time: on the 1400 and 1500 blocks of Main Street, Saturday from 9 a.m. through 1 p.m.
