Another Bourbon Harvest Dinner

A bourbon and whiskey bar in Columbia? Count me in. Unfortunately, Bourbon Columbia, which will also serve Cajun-Creole dishes, won’t be open until March of this year according to their Twitter page. In the meantime, the bar has decided to team with City Roots, a farm focused on organic and locally grown food, for a second Bourbon Harvest Dinner (the first one sold out) on Monday, Feb. 24.

You’ll get a chance to meet the Bourbon Columbia staff and enjoy an initial reception cocktail followed by a four-course meal consisting of roasted beets, Cajun-grilled shrimp, pork chops and chocolate pudding. The cocktail reception begins at 6:30 p.m. with dinner served at 7 p.m. The event will take place at City Roots located on 1005 Airport Blvd.
